When will my order ship?
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. During major sales or new collection launches, processing may take up to 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I care for my organic cotton and bamboo garments?
To maintain the softness and longevity of our signature fabrics, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry to prevent shrinkage.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Due to our automated fulfillment process, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed. Please double-check your shipping address and cart items before completing your purchase.
